Overview / $EPS Holder Information

Holder information

The $EPS holder payout.

The house coin, and the only memecoin whose earnings call reports its own payout. 50% of what the product actually earned goes to eligible holders in SOL, declared daily after the bell and claimable here for 7 days. 30% buys back and burns every hour. 20% runs the desk. All of it on the $EPS call, with the transaction. Nothing is promised in advance.

$EPS is not listed yet.

There is no contract address, no price and no burn to report, and this page will not show one until there is. Anything claiming to be $EPS before this page shows an address is not $EPS.

The split applies to $EPS creator fees, to bookings, and to the desk's 15% cut of every IR desk coin's routed fees. Unclaimed payouts buy and burn $EPS after 7 days. No yield is promised and none is projected: the figures above are what was actually earned and declared.

Payout declarations

No payout has been declared yet. The first one is declared at 20:30 UTC on listing day, from that day's earnings, and appears here with its snapshots.

Claim your payout

Claims open at listing. The money loop has not reported live, so no SOL can be claimed from this page yet. Declared payouts stay claimable for their full 7 day window once it opens.

Connect a wallet to see what it is owed. Connecting signs a message to prove ownership; this page never asks for a transaction. Claims under 0.001 SOL are carried into the next declaration.

Buyback and burn ledger

The burn ledger starts at listing. Each hour the engine claims $EPS creator fees, 30% buys $EPS on its own pool and sends it to the burn, and the $EPS call reads the transaction out. Treasury per the engine's ledger: 0.000 SOL.

Holder payout: the rules

Not promised: any yield. The payout is whatever the product actually earned, declared after the fact. A day with no earnings has no declaration, and this page will say so. Nothing here is projected.
Payout
50% of every SOL the product earns (the product calls it the dividend), paid in SOL, declared daily at 20:30 UTC from that day's earnings. Per wallet, in proportion to eligible $EPS held.
Eligible
A wallet holding at least 10,000 $EPS at both snapshots: one 60 minutes before 20:30 UTC and one at 20:30. The smaller of the two balances counts, so a balance moved in for the snapshot does not. Never paid: the ops wallet, the desk, creator wallets, the incinerator, pool and program accounts, and any wallet on the published exclusion list.
Claiming
Connect, sign a message, claim on this page within 7 days of the declaration. A claim pays when it reaches 0.001 SOL; a smaller amount is carried into the next declaration. What is not claimed inside the window goes to the burn.
Buyback
30% buys $EPS on the open market every hour and burns it. Unclaimed payouts also burn. Every transaction is on the $EPS call and in the ledger.
Revenue
$EPS creator fees on pump.fun; bookings (a coin's team pays SOL for daily calls); the IR desk (15% of routed creator fees from every desk coin); season sponsors later.
Utility
1,000,000 $EPS (0.1% of supply) unlocks unlimited summons, the priority queue and the verified badge on your coin's IR page.
Treasury
20% pays for AI scripts, portraits, rendering and servers. The figure shown above is a ledger the engine keeps: the treasury shares booked at each claim minus the spends the operator records. It is not a wallet balance read from the chain.
